Lipa Mdogo Mdogo: Plan Terms and Costs
In Wuezesha’s own terms this plan is named Lipa Polepole. Phone financing provided through Wuezesha. Subject to approval and terms. These are the terms used for every plan shown on Phonetab. Your exact plan, including the total amount payable, is shown on the product page before you apply.
Plan options
Deposit
Any amount you choose from 50% of the phone’s price (up to 99%), paid upfront. A bigger deposit means lower monthly instalments.
Repayment period
Any period you choose from 1 to 6 months, paid in equal monthly instalments. A shorter plan costs less in finance charges.
Eligible phones
Selected brand-new phones that Wuezesha has approved. Apple iPhones, tablets and accessories are paid for in full.
Processing fee
1.5% of the phone’s price, paid upfront together with your deposit.
Device insurance
1% of the phone’s price each month, included in your monthly instalments.
Finance charge
7.5% a month, flat, on the amount financed (the price less your deposit), included in your monthly instalments. Every instalment is the same amount.
Price
Plans are calculated on the same Phonetab price you would pay in full for that exact configuration.

A plan shown on Phonetab is valid for 15 minutes. After that, refresh it to see current terms.

One guarantor
Their name and Safaricom number, with their permission.
Eligibility and approval
Having these documents ready does not mean you are eligible or approved. Wuezesha sets its own eligibility criteria, reviews your application and confirms your terms before you agree to anything.
You share ID photos, selfies and guarantor details directly with Wuezesha. Phonetab never asks for or stores them.
Approval
