Every device we sell is brand new and covered by its manufacturer's warranty; the coverage is shown on each product page. For an order you paid in full on Phonetab, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or return. For a phone bought on Lipa Polepole, contact Wuezesha, who handles warranty and returns for financed phones.
