Which phones are eligible?
Lipa Polepole is available on selected brand-new Android smartphones. The option appears on a product page only for configurations Wuezesha has approved. Apple iPhones, tablets and accessories are paid for in full.
How much deposit is required?
Any amount from 50% of the phone's price, paid upfront with the processing fee. A bigger deposit means lower monthly instalments.
What repayment periods are supported?
You choose: anything from 1 to 6 months, paid in equal monthly instalments. A shorter plan costs less in finance charges.
What fees and insurance apply?
A processing fee of 1.5% of the phone's price is paid upfront with your deposit. Each monthly instalment includes device insurance of 1% of the phone's price and a finance charge of 7.5% a month on the amount financed. The total amount payable is shown before you apply.
Who provides the financing?
Phone financing is provided through Wuezesha. Wuezesha reviews applications, confirms the final terms and manages repayments.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Wuezesha reviews every application against its own eligibility criteria. Choosing a plan or preparing your documents does not mean you are approved.
Who handles warranty and returns?
Wuezesha handles delivery, warranty claims and returns for financed phones. Phonetab handles orders paid in full and accessories bought on Phonetab.
What happens if my application is declined?
Nothing changes on Phonetab. Your basket stays as it was, and you can choose another phone or pay in full.
Who handles complaints?
Contact Wuezesha about an application, plan or repayment. Contact Phonetab about choosing a device or an order paid in full.
Does Phonetab receive my application data?
Phonetab shares only your name, mobile number and selected phone and plan with Wuezesha. We never ask for ID photos, selfies or guarantor details; you give those directly to Wuezesha.
