How can I pay?
Pay in full with M-Pesa or cash on delivery. Your total, including delivery, is shown before you pay.
Can I pay for a phone over time?
Yes, eligible phones can be paid for with Lipa Polepole through Wuezesha. You see the deposit, every instalment and the total on the product page before you continue, and the plan is agreed with Wuezesha.
What you need to applyAre your devices new?
Every device we sell is brand new and covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. The coverage is shown on each product page.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery starts from KSh 200. The cost and timing depend on your location and on the item you choose; you’ll see the options at checkout.
Where is my order?
Enter your order number and email on the order tracking page to see its status. If you have an account, your orders are also listed there.
Track your orderWill this case or charger fit my phone?
Accessories on Phonetab are checked against each phone model. On a phone’s page, “Pairs well with” shows only accessories that fit it. If you’re unsure, send us your phone’s model and we’ll confirm.
Something is wrong with my device. What do I do?
If you paid in full on Phonetab, contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or return. For a phone bought on Lipa Polepole, contact Wuezesha, who handles warranty and returns for financed phones.
