Privacy Policy

Phonetab collects the details you give us to deliver and support your order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. Phonetab does not take card payments or store card details; for M-Pesa we keep only a masked phone number as a payment reference.

If you apply for Lipa Polepole, we share your name, mobile number and selected phone and plan with Wuezesha so it can continue your application, and only after you agree. We never ask for or store ID photographs, selfies or guarantor details; you give those directly to Wuezesha, whose own privacy policy applies to your application.

SMS offers are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time. Analytics on Phonetab record which features are used, never your personal details.
